He has arrived either on time, when scheduled, or as soon as he can when working with an 'emergency' as happened today. I spoke to Dave last night, explained the problem in homeowner terms. He read between the dialogue and figured out what the problem was. He was able to come out first thing this morning and confirm his thoughts. He clearly explained what was required to fix it and had the parts and tools in his van to do the repairs. The conversion to a new external spring tension bar only took about an hour, he trued up the builder's door track and lubed everything to made sure the door spring and opener were all adjusted for effective operation. The cost was what was quoted at the onset, no hidden fees appeared and everything he did was well explained. No pressure to upgrade my opener to a new unit when it wasn't needed. I would call on Dave again and gladly give positive referral.

Dave is the best. I needed my garage door to seal better due to an ongoing drainage issue at my home. I got in touch with Dave, and he was able to come out same day and fix the problem. He had a reasonable solution (a garage floor threshold) when he easily could have pushed for something more involved, and he was upfront and clear on pricing. Also...he proactively did something to make my VERY loud garage door so much quieter without me even mentioning it.
 
I would highly recommend Dave if you need any garage door work and I wish he did more than garage doors as he was so pleasant to work with!
